I’m New

You matter to us because you matter to Him.

Our desire at River City Church is that everybody is seen, known, and loved: by God and by each other. You are welcome here just as you are. This gospel is for everyone, and we are committed to helping you find your place here at our family table!

Service Time & Location

Sundays at 10:00am

2750 Atlanta Road, Suite 200
Smyrna, GA 30080

We are located on the second floor of a shared business space. Just head on up the stairs (or elevator) at the center of the building, and our doors will be ahead on the right! We can’t wait to meet you!

What to Expect

While you are attending service at River City Church, your kids can attend their own age-appropriate service in our children’s ministry: CityKids. We provide professional love and care to infants through 5th grade. When you arrive, you can expect to be greeted as soon as you walk into the downstairs part of our space. Here, you will receive an information packet about our CityKids Ministry. You will fill out a quick check-in form with your children at the check in desk. After we’ve gotten all the necessary information, we will then have one of our all-star volunteers guide you to the appropriate rooms for your children where you can meet the volunteer in your child’s room and help them transition to our care. Our birth - K rooms are all upstairs and 1st-5th graders meet downstairs with the exception of the 4th Sunday of the month during which 1st-5th graders will attend the service for what we call Family Sunday.

Worship at River City is a safe place to be yourself. We value diversity in our expressions of worship, and we create space for one another to worship as God leads. Whether you come from a traditional or charismatic background, there is space for you to engage with Jesus in our service.

When we say “come as you are,” we mean it. You’ll see more jeans than dress pants and more tee shirts than ties. We keep it pretty casual; however, if you want to wear a ball gown or your favorite suit and tie, feel free!

Our services begin with a quick welcome followed by a time of worship. Afterwards, Pastor Josh, another member of our staff, or a guest will teach from the Bible followed by an additional time of worship and prayer. Our services typically last about an hour and a half.
